Defense Minister urges reinvigorating military rules enforcement authorities

Yemen’s  Defense Minister Lt. Gen. Mohammed Al-Mqdashi chaired a meeting on Sunday including senior officials in charge of military rules enforcement apparatuses.

The Minister said “military rules enforcement authorities should do their duties, exercise their mandates as stipulated by the law”.

He urged reinvigorating military prosecutions and courts in order to redress irregularities and hold wrongdoers accountable for their outlawed acts. ” It is time for military judiciary to exercise its overall mandates to redress irregularities and prevent deficiencies”, Al-Mqdashi added.
