MASAM pulls out 1070 Houthi-laid mines in the 1st week of Oct.

The Saudi Project for Landmines Clearance in Yemen, MASAM, has announced it had removed 1070 landmines planted by Iran-backed Houthi militia during the first week of October.
The engineering teams of MASAM managed to pull out 694 unexploded ordnance, 372 anti-tank mines, 3 anti-personnel mines and one improvised explosive last week.
The total of what has been removed since the launch of the project until 4th October reached 92459 varied between mines, explosive devices and unexploded ordnance.
