At least 14 Houthi militants killed and injured in Taiz

More than 14 elements of the Iran-backed Houthi militia were killed and wounded on Thursday in an ambush set up by the National Army forces in Taiz province, southwest of Yemen.

The army forces managed to ambush groups of Houthi militants after tried to sneak into liberated sites near the Al-Hamad hospital in the northeast of Taiz city.

The army’s ambush killed five Houthi militiamen and wounded nine others, while the rest retreated.
