The army forces regained control on Saturday over new areas from the control of Iran-backed Houthi militia in the north of Al-Dhale province , Southern Yemen.

The army troops liberated the area of Habeel al-Abdi and other surrounded positions in Qatabah district after fierce clashes with the Houthi militia.

Several Houthi militants including field leaders were killed and injured while the rest were forced to flee and retreat.
