Acting Commander of the 6th Military Region, Maj. Gen. Amin Al-Waili, said the army continue tightening noose around the strategic center of Al-Hazm directorate in Al-Jawf province.

In a statement to  September Net he said the army forces have retaken several strategic positions from the grip of the Houthi militia in the past few days.

During the fighting, the rebel militia suffered dozens of deaths and injuries in its ranks, as well as the destruction of a number of its combat vehicles, he said.

“Yemenis are very keen for freedom and struggling to get rid of the authoritarianism, repression and racism practicing by Houthi militias , and they standing  beside legitimate government to restore the plundered state institutions”, he added.
