Backing by the Arab Coalition air force, Yemen’s armed forces, with the support of the popular resistance, on Wednesday recaptured and liberated strategic military positions in Serwah district western Marib province.
The commander of the 312nd Brigade, Brig. Gen. Abdo al-Habaishi, confirmed to September Net that the army succeeded earlier on Wednesday to recapture and liberate Al-Shayf and Al-Muhtadi strategic hills, after fierce battles, against the Houthi rebel militia.
“Dozens of Houthi militiamen were killed, wounded and captured, and some armored vehicles and combat crews were retaken,” he said.
