The Military Court in Marib-headed by Judge Aqil Taj Addin, the Chairman of the Military Court at the Third Military Region- commenced Tuesday its fourth hearing of the major criminal case No.4 for 2020.

At the hearing, the prosecution stated that it was in the process of implementing the court’s decisions, providing documentary and written evidence, which had 175 files, in addition to the files of the victims, were attached to medical reports issued by government hospitals.

The prosecution reviewed the evidence for the murder of 310th Brigade Commander Maj. Gen. Hamid al-Kushaibi and discussed forensic reports of his murder after he was arrested while incapacitated and represented his body, demanding that she be able to bring criminal facts and the rest of the evidence.

The hearing was attended by the First Lawyer of Military Prosecutions General Abdullah al-Hadheri, the defense of the accused, parents of blood, and their lawyer and civil rights.
