Four Houthi militants were killed, including a ground leader, and others were injured in a failed infiltration attempt, west of Taiz.

A military commander told September Net that violent clashes broke out late on Friday night, between army forces and the Houthi militia west of the city.

The fighting broke out after the Houthi militia tried to infiltrate into army positions, killing four Houthis, including a leader named Amjad Mohammed al-Muqaddam and injuring others.
