Yemen’s armed forces backed by coalition warplanes, on Monday succeeded in making new field progress in northern Al-Jawf province, northeastern Yemen.

A military source said that army succeeded to regain control of the Al-Matatbik mountain range, in Barat Al-Anan district.

According to the source, the Houthi militia suffered heavy losses of equipment and lives during the fighting.

Meanwhile, Arab coalition fighters targeted the positions, gatherings and mechanisms of the Houthi militia in Barat al-Anan district, destroying a jeep and killing all those on board.
