 The chief of general staff, the commander of joint operations, Lt. Gen. Saghir Bin Aziz, on Tuesday inspected the Yemeni armed forces in the 7th military region.

 During the visit, which was accompanied by Defense Minister’s advisers Maj. Gen. Mohammed al-Habishi and Brig. Gen. Mohammed Al-Sabari, Bin Aziz conveyed congratulations and blessings of the political and military leadership represented by His Excellency the President of the Republic, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces Field Marshal Abdrabbo Mansour Hadi for the army and resistance on all fronts on the occasion of the advent of Ramadan.

 The commander of the 7th military region, Maj. Gen. Ahmed Hassan Gibran, briefed the latest development on the ground and the army’s attainments, confirming the heavy losses suffered by the militia in the lives and equipment.

 Lt. Gen. Bin Aziz honored the support of the Saudi-led coalition backing Yemeni legitimate government in the battle against Houthi rebel militia.
