Army’s spokesman reviews up-to-date military developments in various battle fronts
Yemen’s armed forces spokesman Brig. Gen. Abdo Mugali has reviewed the latest military developments in various fronts supported by the Arab coalition.
He pointed out that the Houthi militia lost lots of its members over the past few days, destroying many weapons, vehicles, crews and armored vehicles in Marib province fronts.
Army in Al-Jawf, Sa’da, Hajjah, Taiz and Al-Dhale provinces has made advances, repelling the attack and inflicting the militia heavy casualties on lives and combat equipment, he added.
Moreover, army in Hodeidah province repelled Houthi militia attacks south of Hodeidah province in Haiss, Al-Tahita and Al-Durihimi districts, killing and wounding a number of Houthis and inflicting the militia heavy casualties on combat vehicles, he said.
Mugali called on the international community and the United Nations to take responsibility for the acts of terrorist Houthi militia against civilians and displaced persons, imposing sanctions on its leaders.
Brig. Gen. Mugali honored the support of the Saudi-led coalition backing Yemeni legitimate government in the battle against the Iran-backed Houthi rebel militia.
