Several Houthi militants were killed and injured Sunday in battles between Houthi militia and Yemeni armed forces west of Marib province.

A military source said Houthi groups tried to infiltrate army positions, but failed, and several of Houthi militants were killed and injured.

Moreover, army’s artillery and Arab coalition fighters shelled Houthi militia’s gatherings, killing and injuring a number of militants, and destroying a tank and three combat crews, killing all those on board, the source added.
