Yemen’s Defense Minister Lt. Gen. Mohammed al-Maqdashi said that the military institution is the only guarantee to maintain local and regional security and stability as also is a key partner in fighting ultra-groups.

This came during his attendance of a new batch graduation ceremony of the military officers cadets organized by Army’s Training and Rehabilitation Department.

“The military institution is the backbone of state institutions and the only force capable of maintaining local and regional security and defending the homeland and protecting its gains”, he added.

The graduation ceremony was attended by several military commanders.
