Houthi militia inflicted heavy losses eastern Al-Jawf

Fierce battles broke out Sunday between Yemeni armed forces and the Iran-backed Houthi militia in Al-Jadafer front, east of Al-Jawf province.

 Col. Mohammed al-Hajji told September Net that the army prevented an attack by the Houthi militia, killing, injuring and capturing a number of militiamen and destroying their combat equipment.
