A number of Houthi militiamen were killed Saturday during battles with army forces western Taiz province.

The army troops targeted a group of Houthi militia who were tried to advance towards army’s sites in Altwair front of Makbanah district.

The battles resulted in killing and injuring several militias while others forced to flee after inflicting major losses in equipment.
