Bin Mubarak confers with Dutch politicians over peace developments, humanitarian situations

Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Dr. Ahmed Awadh Bin Mubarak met today here with a number of of Dutch officials, politicians and intellectuals.
The session aimed to shed lights on the latest developments about political and humanitarian situations in Yemen.
He presented a detailed report about the regional and international efforts and proposals intended to put an end of the war, establish a comprehensive and durable peace.
He stated that the government has always been seeking for realizing a permanent and inclusive peace in Yemen.
Bin Mubarak blamed Houthi militia for rejecting regional and international peace proposals, continuing military escalation and operations on Marib city and neighborhoods, further exacerbating the humanitarian suffering of the civilians, particularly the IDPs.
He also warned of the looming environmental disaster due to Houthi militia’s intransigence about Safer oil tanker, calling for mounting pressure upon the militia to allow the UN’s technical teams to repair the tanker before it is too late.
