During a meeting, Yemen’s Minister of Interior, Major General Ibrahim Haidan, and the German Ambassador to Yemen, Hubert Jäger, discussed ways to strengthen bilateral relations and enhance security coordination between the two countries.

The Interior Minister expressed appreciation for the strong ties between Yemen and Germany, particularly in the field of security. He also commended Germany’s support for the Yemeni government, including logistical assistance to the General Department of Aden Police.

The German diplomat expressed his government’s continued aid to Yemen, emphasizing their commitment to its unity and sovereignty.

They also pledged support in various areas, including security, in order to fulfill the Yemeni people’s aspirations for a better life.

Additionally, the diplomat emphasized the need to end the Houthi coup against state institutions and establish a fair peace for all Yemeni citizens.
