President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, along with members of the council, met with Saudi Defense Minister Prince Khalid bin Salman.

They discussed the current situation in Yemen, cooperation between the two sides, and the peace process proposed by Saudi Arabia.

The council informed the Saudi Minister about the ongoing issues in Yemen, such as violations of human rights and military escalation by Houthi militias.

They expressed full support for Saudi Arabia’s efforts to bring peace and stability to Yemen.

President al-Alim praised Saudi Arabia for its consistent support and commitment to ending the suffering of the Yemeni people caused by Houthi militias.

Prince Khalid reaffirmed Saudi Arabia’s commitment to facilitating a comprehensive and sustainable political solution under the guidance of the United Nations.
