His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) along with PLC member Lt. Gen. Mahmoud al-Subaihi concluded a short state visit to the Djiboutian capital to participate in the inauguration ceremony of His Excellency President Ismail Omar Guelleh, as President of the Republic of Djibouti.
On the sidelines of the visit, His Excellency held talks with the Presidents Ismail Omar Guelleh of the Republic of Djibouti and Dr. Hassan Sheikh Mohamud of the Federal Republic of Somalia, in which they conferred over national and regional developments and issues of mutual interest.
President al-Alimi greatly valued the sincere and supportive stances of the Republic of Djibouti, its leadership, government and people in support of the Yemeni people and their aspirations to eliminate the Iran backed Houthi militias’ coup, restore state institutions and establish security, stability and peace.
