Republican Decree Forming Supreme Tender, Auction Committee Issued

Republican Decree No. (44) of 2026 was issued Wednesday regarding the formation of the Supreme Tender and Auction Committee.

Article One of the decree stipulates the appointment of the following individuals as members of the Supreme Tender and Auction Committee in the positions indicated next to their names, as follows:

– Jamal Nasser Abdullah al-Aqel – Chairman
– Abdulraqeeb Saif Mohammed Fath – Member
– Abdulsalam Abdullah Salem Baaboud – Member
– Ibtihaj Abdul Qader Ahmed al-Kamal – Member
– Nasser Muthanna Saleh Muthanna – Member

The Article Two of the decree states that it shall come into force from the date of its issuance and must be published in the Official Gazette.
