Two Decrees Appoint Advisors to the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, Supreme Commander of Armed Forces Issued

The Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces issued Decree No. (172) of 2026.

The first Article of the decision appoints Major General Ahmed Saeed Mohammed Bin Breik as Advisor to the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and promotes him to the rank of Lieutenant General.

The Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces also issued Decree No. (173) of 2026.

The first Article appoints Air Major General Rashid Nasser Ali al-Janad as an Advisor to the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces for Air Force and Air Defense Affairs, and promotes him to the rank of Lieutenant General.

The second Article of both decisions stipulates that they shall take effect from the date of their issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette and the military bulletins.
