Violent Clashes Continue as Armed Forces Make Field Gains West of Taiz

The Armed Forces on Thursday made significant field gains in the Al-Aqamah area of Mawza District, west of Taiz Governorate, during heavy clashes with the Iran-backed Houthi terrorist militia, leaving several militia members killed or wounded and others captured.
A military source told September Net that the Armed Forces and Joint Forces continued their offensive operations and managed to advance and recapture positions that the Houthi militia had attempted to establish in recent hours.
The source added that the Armed Forces made field gains in several positions, while clashes continued, resulting in casualties among militia members.
The Armed Forces continue their military operations across various battlefronts west of Taiz, confronting Houthi attacks and movements and inflicting heavy personnel and equipment losses on the militia.
West of Taiz city, a September Net reporter said that the Houthi terrorist militia targeted the vicinity of Al-Maqhaya Market and Al-Dhubab Road with drones and artillery shelling, in a new escalation affecting civilian and populated areas.
