The Republican Decree No. (76) of 2026 was issued Monday, stipulating in its first Article the appointment of the following individuals to the positions indicated next to their names, as follows:
– Eng. Hassan Faraj Mohammed Omar a Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Authority for Civil Aviation and Meteorology.
– Saber Abdo Mohammed al-Sunaidi a Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of the Gulf of Aden Ports Corporation.
– Captain Riyadh Saeed Omar Bajumaan an Undersecretary of the Ministry of Transport for Maritime Affairs and Ports.
The second Article of the decree stipulates that it shall enter into force as of the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
