Minister of Defense attends graduation of new military engineers

Defense Minister Lt. Gen. Mohammed al-Maqdshi witnessed on Sunday graduation ceremony of the first batch from Military Engineering School.

In his word Al-Makdashi said he takes great pride of the graduates, who are needed urgently to clear mines and explosive devices planted largely by Houthi militia everywhere including populated areas, killing hundreds of civilians.

The Minister appreciated the work of the engineering teams over past years to secure the army way in the fronts and to “protect our people and our families in the liberated provinces.”

The Minister of Defense honored the graduates at the end of the event, attended by deputy chairman of the military operations, Maj. Gen. Nasser Al-Thiibani.
