Failed infiltration attempt leaves number of Houthis killed & wounded in Al-Dhale

A number of the Iran-backed Houthi rebel militants were killed and injured Thursday during a failed infiltration attempt in Qataba district, in the northern province of Al-Dhale, south of the country.

A group of Houthi militants attempted to sneak into the national army positions in Hubail Al-Aubedi, in Qataba district.

The army defeated the militia’s attempt and forced them to retreat and flee, after suffering casualties.

At the same time, the national army forces targeted the Houthi militials reinforcements were on way to the confrontation area. The army attack resulted in tearing down of an armored tank and two combating vehicles , killing and wounding those on board.
