Four Houthi Militants Killed in Failed Infiltration Attempt East of Taiz

Four members of the Iran-backed Houthi militia were killed Saturday in clashes with Army forces east of Taiz.

Military sources said a group of Houthi militiamen attempted to infiltrate army positions on the Karem and Alsawda hills in the Al-Kerefat front. The army, which was on high alert, repelled the attack and forced the militants to retreat.

According to the sources, four Houthi fighters were killed and several others wounded in the confrontation. No army casualties were reported.
