On Wednesday, the Presidential Leadership Council issued Decree No. (6) of 2026.
The first article of the Decree stipulates the appointment of Abdulrahman Sheikh Abdulrahman al-Yafei as Minister of State and Governor of Aden Governorate.
The second article of the Decree states that it shall take effect from the date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.
