2726 violations committed by Houthi militia over 1st half of 2019 in Sanaa
A human rights report has revealed that 2,726 violations committed by Iran-backed Houthi militias in Sanaa province over the first half of 2019.
Issued by Shuhood Human Rights Organization, the report said the violations varied between killing 99 people, abducting 266 cases, torturing and enforced disappeared 110 others.
Hundreds others including women and children were wounded, intimidated and forced to en mass displacement.
As many as 724 of the violations were committed as a collective punishment against civilians, read the report, demanding the international community to rush to the rescue of civilians living under the radical militia’s rule.
