23 Houthis including two leaders killed, injured by army in Al-Dhale

At least twenty-three elements of the Iran-backed Houthi rebel militia, including two leaders, were killed and injured on Saturday in clashes with the national army forces in Hajar front in Qataba district, north of Al-Dhale province, south of the country.

The clashes erupted as a group of Houthi militia elements attempted to sneak into Al-Shujeeb valley in Hajar area, west of Qataba district.

The national army forces thwarted the Houthi militia attempt, forced them to retreat and flee.

The clashes resulted in the killing at least sixteen elements of the Houthi rebel militia, including two prominent leaders called Muammar Al-Saqqaf, Awad Badr Al-Din Al-Kahli and wounding seven others.
