The national army forces seized control on Friday over strategic areas in Osilan and Behan in Shabwa province after violent battles against Houthi coup militias.

Military sources told September Net that the army forces backed by coalition warplanes successfully liberated the areas of al-Alam, Alsaleem Alsafha, Sofah, al-Mo’akeep, Alkhazan and Alnwederah in Osilan district.

In the same province, ongoing battles continued between the army forces and Houthi militiamen after the former launched heavy attack on sites of Houthi militias in Behan city, liberating the strategic mountain of Saba’an and moving towards Alnokoob area, the bastion of Houthi militias.

The source added, Dozens of the coupists were killed and wounded as well as 10 others were arrested in the hands of the army.
