National Army forces launched on Tuesday military operation aiming to liberate Albarh area western Taiz province from Houthi coup militias.

Military sources said to September Net that the operation began after the coup militants tried to attack the positions of the army in Albarh area, but were beaten and forced to flee.

The army troops have completed liberating Alkafasah area, Alsoda’a and Alkhazan hilltops from the coupists who suffered serious losses in life and equipment, added the source.

Saudi-led Arab Coalition warplanes supported the army forces during the battles by launching several airstrikes targeted militias in the said area, destroying missiles launchers,a tank and five combat vehicles.
