The forces of the National Army have on Monday seized control of strategically fresh positions from the grip of Iran-backed Houthi militia in Qania warfront in the central province of Al-Baydah.

The leader of Qania front , Sheik Khaled Al-Awadi told September Net, the
National Army forces managed to liberate mountain of ‘Ras-Hawran’ and the ‘Yasbel’ mountain chain, where the last pockets of Houthi militia were based in the Qania.

Al-Awadi said the violent battles still taking place at the outskirts of the first area of al-Sawdia district, pointing out the battles have resulted death and injury in the ranks of Houthi militia.
