National Army forces have made new field advancement against Houthi rebel militia east of the coastal city of Midi in Hajjah province.

Field sources told September Net that the army forces tightened their hold on several positions eastern Midi, following a sudden ground attack on the militia there on Sunday morning.

The sources added that the attack also resulted in dozens killed and injured, the capture of 3 elements, and the recover of large number of various medium and light weapons, which the Houthi insurgents left behind them after they fled.

Notably, September Net obtained the names of the captured elements, two of whom were wounded and then transferred by the army to the hospital for medical treatment.
