A woman and her two children have been critically injured on Wednesday in a mine explosion west of Taiz province.

The mine planted by Houthi rebels militia in Al-Kooz village in Jabal Habashi district before the rebels were pushed out from the village, local sources told September Net.

“The woman’s leg was amputated and her children are in critical condition after they sustained various wounds,” said the sources.

According to the Ministry of Human Rights’ latest report, the Houthi rebels’ landmines in liberated areas have killed more than 440 people , mostly women and children, and injured over 560 others.
