A senior field leader in the Houthi coup militia was killed on Saturday during clashes with National Army forces in Marran area, south wast of Sa’ada province.

Field source said to September Net that the militia’s top leader in Marran front, called Ahmad Gobran al-Yateem, was killed along with his aide Known as Jobran Joheez during clashes with army forces.

The source added that “al-Yateem” was one of the prominent leaders in what so-called ” Elite forces” and recently appointed as the commander of Marran front, while his “Joheez” was also a senior who was well-trained in Iran.

The source confirmed that dozens of Houthi militants were killed and wounded, in the past two days, during fierce battles with the army troops who found more than 35 bodies of Houthi insurgents in the liberated sites.
