Heavy clashes between National Army and Houthi militia broke out on Saturday evening in Hamak front, north-west Al-Dhale province, south the country.

A source in the army’s 30th Armored Brig. told September Net that fighting erupted following the militia infiltration attempt into the highlands of Al-Aod, an area separates Dhale and Ibb provinces.

Army troops thwarted the infiltration, killed and injured a number of militiamen and destroyed three of their combat patrols, the source affirmed.

Houthi coup’s militias have suffered fatal human and material losses during their failed attempts to sneak into liberated sites held by the army in the province.
