National army thwarts militias’ infiltration attempt in Hodeida

National Army forces foiled an attempt by Iranian-backed Houthi militias on Sunday  in the vicinity of Al-Durihmi district south of Hodeida  province in the west of the country.

Militia groups attempted to infiltrate into the north and east of Al-Durihmi, but the army forces  warded off the attempt and forced them to retreat and flee.

The confrontations resulted in the killing and wounding of a number of militia elements.
