Chief of Staff highlights importance of qualifying military units, raising combat readiness

General Chief of Staff Lt. Gen Abdullah Al-Nakha’ee has stressed keenness of Defense Ministry and the leadership of Army Staff on uniting efforts for training and qualifying the military units and raising their level of combat readiness.
Lt. Gen. al-Nakha’ee made the remarks on Tuesday in a meeting in Aden with head of Training Department at Ministry of Defense, Major General Mohammed al-Radfani, and head of Command and Staff Collage Brigadier General Hussein bin Atiq.
He noted to the importance of training and rehabilitation of the army personnel professionally on modern and scientific basis.
The possibility of transferring the College of Command and Staff to the temporary capital Aden and provide it with the necessary requirements was also discussed..
The chief of staff praised the great sacrifices and victories made by the national army in confronting Iran-backed Houthi coup militia, highly appreciating efforts of the Arab coalition led by Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates in supporting the legitimate government and national army..
