National army forces hindered an attempt by Houthi militia to carry out a raid on military positions in Hais district south of Hodeida province on Friday.

The Houthi militia tried to attack the army positions in Al-Adeen Triangle north Hais, but failed and were forced to retreat after inflicting dead and injured among their ranks.

Houthi militia continues to shell army sites in Hodeida, breaking  UN-brokered truce to cease fire in the port city and to implement force redeployment.
