Minister of Defense heads meeting of martial court chiefs

Defense Minister Lt. Gen Mohammed Al-Maqdashi presided over a meeting of chiefs of court martials  on Tuesday in Marib province.

During the the meeting, Lt. Gen Al-Makdashi pointed out to the importance of military adjudication in correcting irregularities and preventing corruption within the military institutions.

“Just and independent judiciary is one of the guarantees for building nationalistic military institutions,” he said.

The defense Minister highlighted  the significance of quickly processing all lawsuits in court martial and implementing the law and due process firmly.
