National Army removes over 20 mines in Abyan

The engineering teams of the national army in Abyan province managed to extract more than 20 mines that were previously planted by the Houthi militia before the province was fully regained by the army.

The explosives were being removed and defused from different parts of the Wadi Omran, in Mudia district, where army experts continue its cleansing operation to secure all the areas and ensure civilian protection

The demining experts believed that large number of mines and explosive had been planted by the Houthi militia across the valley and surrounding areas.
