Five family members among them woman and children were killed and wounded by mortar shell fired by Houthi rebel militia on their house in Hodeidah province.

Local sources told September Net that the Houthi rebel militia fired mortar rounds into residential neighborhood in Hays town, south of Hodeidah province, on Saturday evening.

“One of the shells hit a house owned by the citizen Mohammed Naji Hameed, killing a woman and critically injuring four persons among them children,” the sources added.”

All the victims are from the same family, the same sources said, adding that injured were admitted to MSF-operated hospital in Mokha city to receive medication.
