Army liberates new sites in Sa’ada

Yemeni national army managed to control new positions on Monday in Sa’ada province, in north of the country.
Brigadier Hayel Al-Qasha’ee, the 3rd Border Guards Brigade commander told September Net the army forces carried out fierce ground attack against the Iran-backed Houthi rebel militia stationed in Alnar Mount, overlooks the center of Bakim district.
Backed by Arab Coalition to support the legitimate government in Yemen, the army troops took over scores of poisons at “Wadi Areedh”, from the militia elements, the commander confirmed.
The regained sites would make reaching the peak of Alnar Mount easy for the army, he said, adding the offensive had left killed and injured in the side of the militia, in addition to the destruction of combat vehicles.
