Houthi leader killed by army fire in Al-Matoun, Al-Jawf

A Houthi militant leader was shot dead on Saturday by the national army fire in Al-Matun district in Al-Jawf province.

The national Army, on Saturday noon, targeted the ground militant leader called Mohammed Hussein Mejali, after he was carefully monitored, which led to his killing on the spot.

A group of Houthi militia elements attempted to retrieve the dead body of Mejali, but an explosive device planted by the militia earlier exploded and wounded two of them.
