The Yemeni Armed Forces carried out 257 precision strikes against military positions, movements, and capabilities belonging to the Iran-backed Houthi terrorist militia, using warplanes, drones, artillery, missiles, and rocket launchers.

Yemeni Armed Forces spokesman Col. Majed Al-Nuzaili said the operations covered Sana’a, Midi, Baqim, and the warfronts of Al-Jawf, Marib, Al-Bayda, and Lahj, with the main operational effort focused on the Taiz fronts. The strikes targeted command and control centers, gatherings, troop concentrations, combat reserves, weapons and ammunition depots, and military supply lines and routes.

He said that, according to preliminary battlefield assessments, the operations resulted in the neutralization of at least 700 militia members, the destruction of strategic and high-value military targets, and the destruction of 170 combat vehicles and other military assets.

He said the operations directly affected the militia’s combat capabilities and limited its ability to continue attacks against civilians in their homes and villages.
