The Yemeni armed forces thwarted on Monday infiltration attempts launched by Houthi militia in Taiz city, southeast of the country.

A group of Houthi militiamen attempted today’s early morning to sneak towards the sites of Karefat, lozum, al-Surmeen, Zonog, and al-Arba’een in the east and north of Taiz, but the army forces foiled their attempts and forced them to flee.

A group of Houthi militants were killed and injured during the clashes.
