Houthis kill 48 civilians, injure 362 by violating Hodeida cease-fire 688 times

Houthi militia killed 48 civilians and wounded 362 others in Hodeida  since the start of cease-fire truce on December 18, 2108 until 19 January 2019.

A report issued by Coordination Unit in Advanced Operations Center in Hodeida Military Axis said the militia has breached the Hodeida cease-fire 688 times since it came to effect, incurring the casualties.

The report noted that Houthi militia’s breaches are continuing with different weapons touching upon residential areas, public places and national military positions.

It said the militia is holding on reinforcing its positions and setting up mines and trenches in the city.

The report called on the office of UN special envoy to Yemen to take serious steps and mount pressure on the rebel militia to immediately stop violating the cease-fire deal and adhere to the Stockholm Agreement.
