Violent battles took place Wednesday in Taiz between the National Army forces and Houthi militias, leaving scores killed and injured among the latter.

According to September Net reporter, the battles occurred in several areas of Maqbanah district west of Taiz province, spreading out to positions in Jabal Habashi and Al-Qadaha regions.

At least 12 members of the coup militia were killed and 13 were wounded in the battles, he added.
