National Army liberates locations in Baydah, captures 12 insurgents
National Army forces, backed by popular resistance, on Saturday, managed to liberate a number of positions from the militia in the central province al-Baydah.
The national army launched, today, a military operation from several sides that aimed to clear the rest of sites in the mountains of Nate’a from Houthi militia, eastern the province, a military source told September Net.
The troops retook full control over two key junctions, Ba Orf and A’shar as well as liberating the site of Dohr Albeer, the source added.
Ten militiamen were killed, 12 were taken captured and others wounded during the fighting, which is still ongoing amid progress for the army troops to complete liberation of Nate’a and push forward into al-Malajem district.
Meanwhile, Saudi-led Arab coalition warplanes destroyed locations, rallies and combat vehicles belonging the putschists Houthi militia in areas between the districts of Nate’a and al-Malajem, according to the source.
