Army takes full control of Al-Dureihmi, captures 100 Houthi rebels

The National Army on Sunday has taken full control of Al-Dureihmi district south of the city of Hodeida, after fierce clashes against the Houthi militia.
Commander in the 2nd Giants Brigade, Colonel Ahmed Al-Jaheeli told September Net that the army forces managed to completely took over Al-Dureihmi as they carried out violent offensive against the district from several sides.
The Col. confirmed that the rebel militia had suffered large casualties and material losses in its ranks.”The army also managed to capture more than 100 elements of the Houthi rebels and large quantities of various weapons and ammunition in the battles,”he said.
He further pointed out that the army has also cut the supply line of the coup militias from Bait Al-Fakeh district and several others lines.
